REFUNDS | TRANSFERS | TERMS & CONDITIONS

If you can no longer participate in the event please refer to ‘Refund Policy’ and ‘Entry Transfers’ below to check available options.

REFUND POLICY:

If you can’t find anyone to replace you and would prefer a refund for your entry fee we are able to provide you with:

1. 100% refund if you advise us by email before 17.00h Thursday, April 15, 2021 (excluding the $3 processing fee).

2. No refunds AFTER 17.01h Thursday, April 15, 2021.

In the event that the race course is, in the opinion of the event organisers, unsafe (for example by reason of heavy rain, high winds, fires, "acts of god"), organisers may, in their sole discretion, attempt to re-route the course, find an alternative shortened course or cancel the event. FatBurd Events also reserve the right to cancel the event for any other reason which may include but is not limited to terrorism and war. If the event is cancelled, re-routed or shortened before May 14, 2021, FatBurd Events will put in place measures for transfer to another event.

TRANSFER OF ENTRY:

You are able to transfer your entry online to an acquaintance.  Racers are required to locate transfer racers independent from Run Wild organisers. Racer may sort out payment between racer and “transfer racer” independent from the event organiser. The person who is taking your entry will also need to pay a $25 transfer fee online to complete their new entry. Please contact Run Wild organisers for additional details: RUNWILD@fatburdevents.com
