REFUNDS AND TRANSFERS

If you can no longer participate in the event please refer to ‘Refund Policy’ and ‘Entry Transfers’ below to check your available options.

REFUND POLICY:

Due to the costs of this event, there will be NO refunds.

In the event that the event course is, in the opinion of the event organisers, unsafe (for example by reason of heavy rain, high winds, bushfires, "acts of god"), organisers may, in their sole discretion, attempt to re-route the course, find an alternative shortened course or cancel the event. FatBurd Events also reserve the right to cancel the event for any other reason which may include but is not limited to terrorism and war.

If the event is cancelled, re-routed or shortened before October 1 2026, FatBurd Events will put in place measures for partial refunds or transfer to another event, will be made.

TRANSFER OF ENTRY:

You are able to transfer your entry online to an acquaintance.  Racers are required to locate transfer racers independent from BBU organisers. Racer may sort out payment between racer and “transfer racer” independent from the event organiser. The person who is taking your entry will also need to pay a $40 transfer fee online to complete their new entry.
