REFUND POLICY:

There will be no refunds due to the nature of this event, costs incurred and the very small number of participants allowed.

In the event that the event course is, in the opinion of the event organisers, unsafe (for example by reason of heavy rain, high winds, fire, "acts of god"), organisers may, in their sole discretion, attempt to re-route the course, find an alternative shortened course or cancel the event. FatBurd Events also reserve the right to cancel the event for any other reason which may include but is not limited to terrorism and war. If the event is cancelled, re-routed or shortened before October 16th 2020, FatBurd Events will put in place measures for partial refunds or transfer to another event, will be made.

TRANSFER OF ENTRY:

This event is by invitation only and entries are not transferable.

If you are unable to race or feel unworthy, let us know and we’ll beat some sense into you. Or give your entry to someone on the waitlist.
